This will include the use of focus groups, mystery shopper activities and site visits. These will be done with members from a range of diversity groups including but not limited to ethnicity, disability, neurodivergence, age, sex, gender and social economic status.Due to the nature of this work, specific safeguarding procedures will need to be in place to protect participants from harm whilst carrying out sample journeys in the mystery shopper activity as well as during the focus groups.
