The Hub will support a number of Awen's outcomes including providing a new, fit-for purpose base for its training and employability schemes which support adults withlearning disabilities. RIBA Stage 3 is now complete and planning approval is in place. Awen is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced construction consultancy to fulfil the roles of Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent for RIBA Stage 4,with the option to extend through stages 5, 6 and 7. The anticipated total project budget is PS4.5m, with a building footprint of approximately 845sqm.
