## Summary

Natural Resources Wales, a notable public body overseen by the Welsh Government, is seeking proposals for the "Coed y Brenin Visitor Centre Marketing" project. This tender involves a request for proposals for operating a lease of built assets and land at the visitor centre, located in Coed y Brenin. The contracting process is currently at the 'tender' stage, and interested parties have until 27 February 2026 to submit their proposals. The main industry categories include non-residential property renting or leasing, land management, commercial property management, as well as recreational, cultural, and sporting services. This tender represents a significant opportunity, facilitated through a limited procurement method, for companies to become a long-term partner contributing to local communities and tourism enhancement.

This tender presents a unique opportunity for businesses specialising in land and property management, tourism services, or recreational activities. Organisations with sustainable strategies that can positively impact local communities and enhance the site’s current offerings would find this prospect highly rewarding. It is particularly suitable for consortia that can combine diverse expertise to meet the requirements of leasing, site management, and community-focused activities. By collaborating with Natural Resources Wales, businesses can further establish their presence in the region, foster tourism, and integrate into a project aimed at preserving and enhancing the vibrant environment of Wales.
