Public Health Wales is seeking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to undertake in-depth qualitative research to explore approaches to and framing of messages relating to the commercial determinants of health.The aim of the work is to identify and test ways of framing messages regarding the commercial determinants of health for the public to support informed decision making about the acceptability or otherwise of potential policy measures to reduce their impact.The tender will be awarded to the most advantageous tender based on 80% quality and 20% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
