## Notice

Demolition works at the recently acquired ex Warwick Chemicals site has been completed. As this site was once a chemical production site, process pipework was protruding through many of the buildings which now require re-cladding. These buildings include P1, G2, P6, P5, W4, P7. The Port of Mostyn is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake the recladding and restoration of various buildings.The scope includes but is not limited to:- Site preparation and access management;- Compliance with all relevant regulations;- Removal and disposal of existing cladding and skylights which require replacing;- Removal and disposal of damaged purlins, flashing & guttering;- Supply and install new cladding and skylights;- Supply and install new purlins, flashing & guttering;- Supply and install new roller shutter doors to gable ends where required;- Duration - 36 weeks.The NEC4 Option A Contract standard terms and conditions will be used for this project.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=159043.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
