## Notice

Demolition works at the recently acquired ex Warwick Chemicals site have been completed. The site requires remedial works to ensure it becomes ISPS compliant and can be included in The Port of Mostyn's Port Facility Security Plan. One compliance aspect is permitter wide ISPS fencing.The Port of Mostyn is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake the installation of ISPS approved fencing across the perimeter of the site which is circa 2km.The scope includes but is not limited to:- Site preparation and access management;- Compliance with all relevant regulations;- Removal and disposal of existing fencing- Supply and install new ISPS approved fencing on multiple surfaces but mainly soft ground.The NEC4 Option A Contract standard terms and conditions will be used for this project.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=159058.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
