The lead design consultant will then, with assistance from Cadw, procure and appoint their own team of subconsultants to deliver multiple projects in and around the castle.A budget range of PS3,000,000 - PS4,000,000 excluding VAT is available for the purposes of this contract over the 4-year contract period - this to include professional fees and works on site.The projects include:* Internal alterations and adaptations to the existing visitor centre* Potential extension to the existing visitor centre (to create a distinct 'entry only' point)* Delivery of a wide-ranging interpretation scheme - an interpretation design consultant has been separately appointed by Cadw* Conservation works to the existing historic fabricIt is considered the lead consultant will require the services of the following sub-consultants:i. Quantity Surveyorii. Archaeologistiii. Ecologistiv. Mechanical and Electrical Engineerv. Structural Engineervi.
