We require a flooring contractor to remove, supply and fit new flooring to two schemes namely:Penhill Close, Cardiff, CF5 1EANewlands Court, Station Road, Llanishen, Cardiff, CF14 5HUPlease note that the proposed works are subject to the statutory Section 20 consultation process with leaseholders. As a result, the programme is dependent on completion of this consultation, and it is therefore anticipated that works are unlikely to commence before July/August. Contractors should factor this indicative timescale into their planning and resource allocation.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
