Lot 1

The Contract comprises the alterations and extension of the existing accommodation of an existing Police station, to provide additional welfare facilities, including the upgrade of the existing custody suite accommodation. The works include a new area for the charge bar and a processing room. The existing generator is being relocated. The new extension will include a muster room, locker room and production store. There will also be sundry internal alterations within the remainder of the station. The works will include builder, joiner, roughcast, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, floorcoverings, tilerwork and decoration works. There will be some associated external works for the site to ensure that the custody suite is compliant with Police Standards.
