### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Contract shall supply and maintain a Fully Hosted Energy Management Monitoring and Targeting System complete with a Utilities Bureau Service. The Monitoring and Targeting software should be a multi user system and be able to interface with all major utility suppliers via electronic invoices. The software must be capable of receiving data from Half Hourly meters and Smart Meter / AMR. It must also have comprehensive reporting facilities which can be run directly from the system or via the web portal. The system must also meet the audit requirements of the Governments CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme. The Bureau Service will validate all gas, electricity and water invoices and negotiate with utility suppliers to obtain billing error refunds. A single point of contact must be available to deal with any queries that Scottish Police Authority may have. The Bureau Service will assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets required for Procurement Scotland during utility tender exercises. All stored utility data shall remain the property of Scottish Police Authority throughout the term of the contract. At the end of the contract period this data shall be made available to Scottish Police Authority at no cost and in an appropriate format.
