The Contract comprises the window cleaning to Legacy Strathclyde Police Properties. The scope of works will include the cleaning of outer and inner surfaces of all windows, glass exterior doors, exterior glazed screens, and viewing panels of exterior doors: any exterior wall mounted illuminated and non-illuminating signs and promotional display cases; any pole-mounted and free-standing "totem pole" signs. The service is to apply to all buildings and outbuildings at specified frequencies. The extent of the geographical area is the old Strathclyde Police Force Area. This includes the Local Authority areas of Argyll and Bute, the City of Glasgow, East Ayrshire, East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, North Ayrshire, north Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, South Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire.
