The Applicant must have excellent customer service and be able to provide a dedicated account management. The work will be grouped into the 2 Lots and the estimated total lot values are provided in the PQQ Documentation. It should be noted that all values are indicative and do not represent any guaranteed volume of business through this contract. The postcodes where these works have been completed in the last year are provided within document 4 but it should be noted that these postcodes are not exhaustive and CRE do work in other similar areas. A stock map for CRE has also been provided for reference in the accompanying documents The work streams covered in each of these lots will be all encompassing as CRE seek to work with partners who are multi-discipline and not trade specific.
