SE is also seeking an economic appraisal of the completed masterplan to assist with its internal reporting process. The appointed consultant will have an in depth knowledge of the local (Central Borders) and regional (Edinburgh and Midlothian) markets. The consultant will be capable of producing a robust market appraisal to demonstrate the viability of new commercial space in Tweedbank, and have experience of playing a constructive role in contributing to emerging development proposals with an assembled design team.
