### Lot Information

Lot 1

- The Construction Information Management System (CIMS) will underpin the management of property portfolios and allow The Council to comply with legislation in terms of Health and Safety files, the management of Health and Safety information for properties throughout construction, and on-going management of properties throughout the operational lifecycle; - Creation of a Common Data Environment and collaboration workspace to allow project teams to work in a collaborative way without duplication; - Ability to simply and effectively capture all relevant construction information; - Effectively manage information / data with The Highland Council's internal and external clients, customers and partners; - The CIMS will have effectively link or interact with the The Highland Council's second line business systems and processes; - Reduce support and development costs; - Enable organisational wide workflow capability.. Exclusions may apply in circumstances where bidder(s) meet any of the criteria in The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: Option for up to an additional 2 years extension (2 x 12 month extensions)
