## Summary

Viewpoint Housing Association is seeking to enter into a Framework Agreement for Emergency Repairs, Reactive Maintenance & Void Works, focusing on the housing and community amenities sector. This procurement, initiated on 15th August 2017, is actively managed through a selective method, allowing interested contractors to apply for one or both Lots, covering properties in Edinburgh and Fife. The awarded contracts entail day-to-day reactive maintenance, with specific call-out times for emergencies and urgent repairs. The Association has approximately 1,108 properties in Edinburgh and 244 in Fife, indicating the scale of the project.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses, particularly those specialising in building maintenance, facilities management, and emergency repair services. Contractors equipped with live tracking systems and those capable of managing appointment systems will be well-suited to compete. The ongoing need for reactive maintenance in the housing sector makes this an excellent opportunity for both new and established firms to expand their operations in Edinburgh and Fife.
