The types of equipment includes, stairlifts which are installed in the homes of Clients of NHS Highland or the Community Equipment Service.. The Authority shall treat as ineligible and shall not select any bidder on any of the grounds set out in 1.17 - 1.70 of the ESPD. The bidder uses the ESPD as a self-declaration that they have not breached any of the mandatory and discretionary exclusion grounds, or satisfactory self-cleansing measures and that they meet the relevant selection criteria.
