Award will be made on the basis of an award criteria of 60% Quality of Candidate and 40% Price.THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS 12:00 MIDDAY ON WEDNESDAY 27 JULY 2016 DUE TO THE URGENCY OF THE PROJECTS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN.
