Lot 1

Fife Council has buildings which have communal bin areas and waste disposal chutes and requires a contractor to clean and maintain them twice per annum. There are Thirty Eight localities which require these services with a total of 43 chutes and 50 bins, which require to be cleaned and sanitised, chute door runners greased on each floor, blockages cleared and any defects reported. There are also two localities which have no chutes but the bins require cleaned and sanitised four times per annum.
