## Notice

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking to appoint an experienced provider of a Domestic Abuse Service in the South Lanarkshire area. The Domestic Abuse Services will be provided within the framework of South Lanarkshire Council's Resource Plan and the South Lanarkshire Gender-Based Violence Partnership Strategy and Action Plan. We expect the provider to demonstrate that their service management and delivery is underpinned by a gendered analysis of domestic abuse, recognising that domestic abuse is regarded as a function of gender inequality.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

A contract for services will be awarded for an initial period of three years. Subject to satisfactory performance, the contract may then be extended for a period of up to two years. The annual contract value will be 375 000.00 GBP. The Domestic Abuse Service will provide accommodation and advice and support services to women, children and young people who are affected by domestic abuse in the South Lanarkshire area. The Service will include a Refuge Service, an Adult Support Service and a Children and Young People Service.
