The properties are located at over 60 locations throughout the region, many of which involve multiple land titles. Approximately 37 HIE titles are already registered in the Land Register with the remaining 150 being recorded in the General Register of Sasines. It is these residual titles in the General Register of Sasines that must now be registered in the Land Register.

The services will mainly relate, but are not limited to, the following areas: Inception; General Registration Work; Online Asset Register; Administration and Surveyor's Advice and Services.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: HIE may choose to modify this contract where for example, the delivery of similar services are required or there is a delay in completion to due unforeseen circumstances. Any such modification shall be in terms of Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
