### Lot Information

Lot 1

The services will mainly relate, but are not limited to, the following areas: repair, maintenance and general upkeep of hard and soft landscaped areas incl. grass cutting and a preventative winter schedule for HIE's commercial and HIE occupied property portfolio. Further details are provided in the Scope of Requirements & Tender Guidance Notes. It is estimated that the total value of these services for all of the lots over the maximum duration of 4 years will be between GBP1,112,700 and GBP1,592,000 excluding VAT. Bidders can submit a response for each of the lots, however the maximum number of 2 lots can be awarded to the same bidder.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: HIE may require the supplier to provide additional services or the volume of services required may be reduced. Any such modification shall be in terms of section 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
