It is anticipated that the Major Transport Infrastructure Projects Directorate and the Trunk Roads and Bus Operations Directorate of Transport Scotland (together, 'the Roads Department') will be the principal clients. The Rail Directorate of Transport Scotland may also be a client.While the contract extends to any PLI work that may be commissioned by UK Government departments (through OAG), the volume of such work in the past has been low.
