Our key objectives with any media campaign are to:- i) increase visitors to individual galleries and nationalgalleries.org and associated channels ii) increase ticket sales for exhibitions and/or events iii) Raise awareness of the NGS brand iv) Raise awareness of the NGS site NGS requires the successful bidder to:- - Plan and advise on media campaigns as briefed by NGS Communications staff - Be able to respond to short leadtimes and adhoc low budget campaigns - Provide evaluation of implemented media campaigns - Negotiate favourable rates with media owners - Be creative with limited budgets - Have experience of working within the cultural sector - Be responsible and accountable for clear communication of correct specifications and delivery requirements between media owners and NGS Communications team - Keep NGS Communications team abreast of new and innovative media developments and promotion opportunities when appropriate - Attend meetings with NGS Communications team when appropriate. This is a Two Stage Tender - the ESPD must be completed and returned via this website. A shortlist of suppliers will then be selected and invited to tender.
