Lot 1

North Lanarkshire Council wishes to establish a single lot framework agreement for the Provision of Winter Assistance Services. Services within the Winter Assistance Framework Agreement, include but are not limited to; Road Gritting, Snow Clearance, Removal and Disposal, and Pot Hole Repair. Tenderers should be aware that the resulting framework agreement will in the main, only be utilised in the event of widespread service disruption as a result of adverse winter weather in which the Councils main roads contractors are unable to undertake the level of service required. Furthermore tenderers should note that if appointed to the framework, there is no guarantee of any business being awarded to them.. The estimated value is not known nor can be predicted as it is mainly weather dependant however it will not exceed 5000000 GBP should services be required. Tenderers that provide pricing for any element contained within the Price Schedule accompanied by fully complete information/schedules detailed within the ITT document will be appointed to the framework agreement.
