CROWN COMMERCIAL SERVICES: NETWORK SERVICES FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (RM1045) - Lot 5As an organisation we are looking to increase the channels by which students can contact SAAS. The nature of SAAS' work means that modern and up to date channels of communication have to be offered and for this reason we are looking to make multimedia available in any proposed solution. This would allow contact to be made using traditional voice calls and also fully integrate the ability for communications using Email, Web Chat (Both on and off line correspondence) and also the ability to communicate via Social Media.
