Renfrewshire Council wish to engage a suitably experienced contractor to undertake the future planned and reactive maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of roller shutters to windows and doors to council properties throughout Renfrewshire. The Contractor will be required to provide a 24 hour emergency service throughout the contract period. The form of contract will be the SBCC Measured Term Contract (MTC/Scot 2011) with the employer's amendments.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
