Lot 1

The design, supply, delivery and installation of furniture for the communal areas and guest bedrooms of our rented developments. Also curtains and blinds for communal areas and guest bedrooms. The contract will include site survey and measurement, space planning and furniture layout plans, co-ordinating decor, fabric selection process, assembly, final installation and placing of goods, installation of window coverings, safe and ethical removal and disposal of old goods.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
