### Lot Information

Pharmacy Robotics System Lot 1 Basic System

NHS Dumfries & Galloway is tendering for a Pharmacy Robotics System for the automation of the distribution and dispensary service. The Pharmacy Robotics System will be installed in the new Dumfries & Galloway Hospital, Dumfries. Lot 1 Basic System The Authority intends to award one Lot only. It is intended that an award will be made to one successful Contractor who will act in the role of Prime Contractor for the supply of all Products and associated services to the Authority. This means that the successful Contractor shall assume full responsibility for supply of the complete Product and associated services. A minimum of a 2 year warranty period whereby the Contractor warrants the performance and operation of all components and parts of the Pharmacy Robotics System supplied by the Contractor such that any failure of the system during the warranty period will be rectified and parts replaced at no extra cost to the Authority is also required. The successful Contractor will be required to enter into a formal contract with the Authority in the form of and on the terms of the Contract included within the Invitation to Tender.
