Local Bus Services in Mid Fife. Although the Framework is not split into lots in this notice, each route will be treated as a separate Contract, and all Suppliers on the Framework will be able to bid for as many Contracts as they wish.. The value of the Contracts awarded under the Framework agreement is anticipated to be approximately GBP 1,000,000 per year.
