### Lot Information

Replacement of the LAN infrastructure

A 2 tier hierarchical model with collapsed core and access layer in a resilient model shall be provided. The switches shall provide a routing function at the Core layer and interface with any Wide Area Network (WAN) links as required.. Replacement of the WLAN infrastructure

Replacement of the WLAN infrastructure at Galashiels (including Access Points, Security and Management Tools) (Lot 2)

Sever Refresh

To upgrade and consolidate the core ICT Server and Software Infrastructures that hosts key services used by College staff and students across the estate

Telephony and Unified Communications

Replacement of the Telephony infrastructure at Galashiels (including central equipment, handsets and PSTN gateways) (Lot 3)

Options: See ITT for Student & Internal Services (Optional) A form of call handling is desired to assist with larger volumes of calls to specific business functions such as Student Services and the Internal IT Helpdesk. Suppliers should provide options of a solution either inherent to the proposed systems of by means of additional add-on products in order to provide automated front end call handling and call routing to a specific group department based on caller input.
