## Notice

The Contractor will be required to Supply Solar PV and Thermal Panels, Install them, and Maintain them. Improving the energy performance rating of Stirling Council's public buildings portfolio and social housing stock; and E. Maximising opportunities to generate an income stream from the installation of solar photovoltaic systems

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Stirling Council is looking to award a Term Contract for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Solar PV and Thermal Panels for Social Housing and Council Buildings. It is intended that the Contractor will be suitably experienced, and must be Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) accredited, or have an equivalent and approved accreditation. Accreditation must be maintained for the duration of the Contract. The Contractor must be NICEIC / SELECT or equivalent, and must also be PVG certified.

Renewal: It is envisaged the Contract will commence 09/01/17 until 31/03/18. Stirling Council may extend contract for 12 further months until 31/03/19, and 2 subsequent 12 month periods until 31/03/20 and 2021 respectively. Maximum possible contract duration 4 years, 3 months. All extensions subject to successful performance of the Contractor to date and availability and approval of budget.
