Sample letter(s) should be provided with the submission.* Raising court actions throughout Scotland and occasionally in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.* Obtaining decree.* Enforcing decree against the debtor.This is a mini competition call off from the Scottish Government Framework for the provision of legal services (Lot 2) Reference Number SP-14-006.
