This includes a requirement to comply with various FISA, FMOTC, NPTC, Health and Safety, and Forestry Commission standards (or equivalents) all of which can be obtained by accessing the Invitation to Tender on the PCST electronic tendering system.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: One annual extension at the sole discretion of the Forestry Commission.
