The Authority is considering a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) split into a number of Lots for hard to find Professional Expertise. The DPS will be operated on a fully electronic basis and is open to new entrants throughout its life who meet the minimum criteria. This Lot will be for Marketing experts to consult and deliver on marketing and creative services projects within the Public Sector.. The system is open to any business regardless of size from sole traders up to large companies.

Business Transformation Specialists

The Authority is considering a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) split into a number of Lots for hard to find Professional Expertise. The DPS will be operated on a fully electronic basis and is open to new entrants throughout its life who meet the minimum criteria. This Lot will be for experts who can advise, lead and support a multitude of business related change and transformation projects within the Public Sector. Examples could include expertise in traditional, agile and LEAN project management, Business Process re-design, executive leadership, coaching and other business related sub-specialism's completed on a project by project basis. The system is open to any business regardless of size from sole traders up to large companies.

Digital Specialists

The Authority is considering a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) split into a number of Lots for hard to find Professional Expertise. The DPS will be operated on a fully electronic basis and is open to new entrants throughout its life who meet the minimum criteria. This Lot will be for Digital expertise to advise, consult and/ or deliver on various digital implementations and projects within the Public Sector.. The system is open to any business regardless of size from sole traders up to large companies.

Health Specialists

The Authority is considering a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) split into a number of Lots for hard to find Professional Expertise. The DPS will be operated on a fully electronic basis and is open to new entrants throughout its life who meet the minimum criteria. This Lot will be for Health specialists who can lead, support and advise on matters related to human (medical & dental) and animal health for Public Sector bodies. For the animal health sector this may include working with a broad range of animal health stakeholders to encourage the adoption of measures that secure higher standards of animal health, welfare, biosecurity, antimicrobial stewardship and professional education and training.. The system is open to any business regardless of size from sole traders up to large companies.
