Please note that this is a Prior Information Notice and the Contract Notice will be published through the Public Contracts Scotland website during in 2017 as required.

In the event that the Council is unable to use the new framework agreement due to:- - Insufficient and/or inappropriate coverage of the Highland Council area and/or vehicle type needed for a route(s); or - Levels of Mini-Competition response(s) received which cannot be awarded under the framework - which could be as a result of no bid for a route(s) or no suitable bid (either operationally and/or affordably) being received.
