We are looking for an off the shelf solution that will require a minimum of development from a company which has experience in deploying, interfacing and maintaining such systems. The service provider should also be able to provide an effective moderation service, training and support for staff to implement the system across NHS Scotland, and regular reporting to NHS Boards and the Scottish Government.. Although anonymous, the site should record where the person is based and the service they feedback about.
