CLIENT: NHS LOTHIANPROJECT: DENTAL SURGERY CABINETRY - ROYAL HOSPITAL FOR SICK CHILDRENREF: SLA/P065Health Facilities Scotland invites tendered offers carriage paid for the above contract in accordance with the enclosed Tender Documents. The tender shall be subject to the attached Conditions of Contract.NHS Lothian intends to make an award to one successful Contractor who will act in the role of Prime Contractor for the supply of the Products and associated services. The successful Contractor shall assume full responsibility for the supply of the complete Product and associated services. The successful Contractor shall be solely responsible for effecting any sub-contracting or collaborative arrangements required with other suppliers to allow the successful Contractor to meet this commitment.The Agency does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to accept an offer in whole or in part. No expenses shall be payable by the Authority in such event.Tenders are to be returned via the Quick Quote facility on the Public Contracts Scotland portal.This tender is for the early supply of equipment required for the new Royal Hospital for Sick Children, Little France. The equipment will be installed in February / March 2017 with the Go Live date of approximately February 2018.
