The software will be required to retrieve and send information to our existing software without additional resources or third part imports and should work in real time basis. The software will process works orders, schedule jobs, manage staff hours, order materials, manage stock , digital authorisation of invoices, auto produce bills to customers and have a mobile capability that can work over all of the Associations software packages. ### Procurement Information New Gorbals has existing integrated housing and financials software from Castleton PLC. We are looking to add job management and invoice processing to allow us to expand our current repairs software to allow job management and materials/invoice processing, which fully integrates with our current software systems. This software must be fully compatible with our current systems without additional resource requirements, imports or downtime.
