RCH is now offering the opportunity for an experienced and competent supplier to undertake the metering and billing services for the scheme. ### Lot Information Lot 1 We are looking to procure the services of an experienced and competent contrator to undertake the metering & billing services for the newly installed Biomass District Heating System in the Broomhill area of Greenock.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: RCH may elect to extend any resultant agreement for up to 2, 12 month periods.
