The Business Case that was collated to inform the Council decision is predicated on the retiral of a range of products that are currently in use prior to the expiry date of existing contracts. Given the scale of this work the Council has decided to appoint an Implementation Support Partner to guide and support the Council through this transition. This work will be done mainly from Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, PaisleY. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
