Model B - where councils deliver materials to its (Council) own, the Service Provider's, and/or a third party's Reception Point where it shall be collected by the Service Provider(s) for onward haulage for treatment at the Service Provider's Treatment Facility.

Renewal: Option of up to 12 months extension.
