It is anticipated that the contract will be for a period of 4 years with an option of up to an additional 12month. The contract start date is scheduled for July 2017. The estimated value of the contract is GBP 200,000. At the early scoping SPT believe there will be one lot. It is anticipated that the scope of services covered under the contract will include, but not be limited to the following: Employment law advice and litigation; Planning, environmental, property and real estate advice, including leases, licences, compulsory purchase Corporate, corporate finance, tax and commercial contract advice; Intellectual property and information technology advice, including copyright and patent; Information governance, including Freedom of Information, Data Protection and records management.
