There are currently 13 public prisons in Scotland, an Edinburgh based Headquarters, an SPS College, and a Central Store facility. The services include: Deep cleaning of catering and food serving areas including all equipment, ancillary service systems and ventilation and extract equipment. Each Establishment has one main kitchen and within residential halls there also a number of food serving pantries. Specialist cleaning including drain and gulley cleaning, CCTV Surveys, jet cleaning, high level cleaning and bio hazard cleans.
