## Summary

The procurement process is being conducted by LHC on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance for the title "Legionella Control and Water Management." This project focuses on the public sector industry, specifically addressing hygiene management of water systems. The tender is currently in the active stage with submission deadline set for 31 May 2017, and the bid opening is scheduled for 1 June 2017. The framework is expected to have a total value of £20,000,000 and will cover various regions across Scotland, marking it as an open procedure.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in water hygiene consultancy and maintenance services. The framework encourages participation from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by dividing the work into manageable regional lots and detailing both essential and optional services that cater to the diverse needs of public organisations, thereby fostering business growth in the sector.
