## Summary

The Wheatley Housing Group Limited is initiating a procurement process titled "Request for Information - Provision of Care IT Platform" as part of its planning stage. This procurement falls under the services industry category and is aimed at finding a replacement solution for the Group's Care IT platform, which supports a significant number of employees and service users in central Scotland. Key activities involve an exercise to gauge potential solutions and indicative costs, while considering anticipated future growth of 200% over the next one to two years. Interested suppliers must submit completed questionnaires to the contact Kenneth Beaton by 13th March 2017.

This tender provides substantial opportunities for businesses operating within the IT services sector, particularly those with experience in care-related software solutions, cloud services, and IT platform development. Companies keen on participating in this market consultation will have the chance to influence the procurement strategy and understand the needs of the Wheatley Housing Group, making it a valuable opportunity for suppliers looking to expand their footprint in the care and support services domain in Scotland.

## Notice

The Requirement The Groups principal Care business activities are to provide a range of care and support services to people in need across central Scotland. An exercise is underway as part of a pre-procurement process to identify potential solutions for a replacement of the Group Care IT platform. Currently there are 750 employees providing care and around 3000 supported service users. For licensing requirements we would look for indicative costs for the above and also consider future growth of 200% within 1- 2 years. Between the two primary Care organisations within the company there are 2 separate solutions currently in use, an on premise application and the other a cloud hosted solution.
