These fall into four overlapping themes: learning environment, family circumstances including English as an Additional Language, disability or health need, and social and emotional factors. The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to engage with potential suppliers who work in close partnership with City of Edinburgh schools, psychological services, the additional support for learning service, social work and the NHS to provide packages of support that will achieve the best outcomes for children and young people..
