This contract is a fully comprehensive service that will provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and a 24/7 Remote Support and Monitoring Service. ### Lot Information Lot 1 SPS has awarded a 10 year contract to Ener-G Combined Power Limited to continue the support and maintenance of the three existing Combined Heat and Power Units at HMP Low Moss. ### Procurement Information Ener-G Combined Power Limited designed, manufactured and installed all three CHP units at HMP Low Moss. They have also carried out all maintenance since installation in 2011. The design of the CHP units is bespoke to Ener-G Combined Power Limited and the software that is integral to remote monitoring and fault diagnosis was developed by and is proprietary to Ener-G Combined Power Limited. Due to the ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights of the software, it is understood that there are no organisations licenced or authorised by Ener-G Combined Power Limited to access and operate the software. The CHP units also contain a number of parts that have been modified by Ener-G and are not Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. This means that such items are not generally and readily available in the market.
