### Lot Information

Lot 1

HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide an off-site records storage and retrieval function. This is a collaborative framework with the Crofting Commission and the University of the Highlands and Islands. The value in II.1.7 is the estimated value including all extensions.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Lots have not been used since this would make the execution of the contract excessively technically difficult.

Options: HIE may require the supplier to provide additional services. Any such modification shall be in terms of Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: This Framework will be awarded for 36 months with an optional 12 month extension.
