The works are the supply and installation of replacement bathrooms comprising: Work within predominately low rise housing which is mainly terraced of four in a block flatted. There may be occasional three or four storey housing and work to flatted properties within tower blocks. The contract will be carried out within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire. The contractor is to submit drawings to the CA for approval prior to manufacture. The works will generally comprise the removal and replacement of bathrooms, including wall tiles, WC, bath, wash hand basin, associated electrical/plumbing works and finishes.
