Lot 1

These services will be required from October 2017 for a period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement, with HIE having the option to extend for a further one year period. The contract has been awarded under a multi supplier Framework basis. 3 suppliers have been appointed to this Lot. The total estimated value of the Finance and Technical Support framework, including any possible extensions, is GBP 933 000.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: HIE may require the supplier to provide additional services. Any such modification shall be in terms of Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: This Framework will be awarded for 36 months with an optional 12 month extension.
